Scope: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual for the role of Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client's business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.

Customer Focused Operations

  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions and operations.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to clients’ inquiries and issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.

Problem-Solving & Creative Thinking

  • Identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Employ creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and strategies.

Critical Thinking & Decision Making

  • Use critical thinking to make informed decisions that align with business goals.
  • Balance short-term performance targets with long-term strategic objectives.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in services sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 9-5 (Sunday-Thursday)
  • Working Model: Onsite
