Organizing, facilitating, and monitoring the work of his team of Ground Couriers, Support and manage the team to prevent conflict and raise productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, Control, and monitor the process of courier morning dispatch to ensure all couriers are on their routes as scheduled to meet the delivery and collection service commitment:
Fill the daily couriers’ checklist to ensure that couriers’ appearance is complying with Aramex standards; adequate supplies are available in the vehicle and proper loading of shipments.
Hand all shipments, corresponding run-sheets, and scanners to the ground couriers in his team.
Perform the job of regular courier operations and manage the load of his team of couriers to ensure balanced & efficient operations on the ground.
Manage the end of day reconciliation process with his team of couriers in coordination with warehouse operations, to take the necessary actions to the non-delivered shipments and/or missed collections due to unjustified related reasons.
Structure, organize and manage the couriers and routes during regular working days and coordinate couriers’ vacations to ensure optimum and balanced distribution of workload amongst all routes.
Report incidents and complaints to concerned Customers Team so that the team can take the necessary action to resolve the problem.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree Business Administration/ Logistics/ Transportation
+2 years of experience in Fleet /Transportation.
Very Good Command of English Language
Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
