Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Designer Lead to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the brand design strategy. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Identity: Develop, execute, and maintain the overall brand design strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a senior design team member to create high-quality, innovative design solutions.
  • Visual Consistency: Ensure the visual identity of the brand is consistent across all marketing channels, including digital, print, packaging, and internal communications.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction for all brand design projects, from concept to final execution, ensuring designs meet brand standards and resonate with the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate brand design into campaigns and product launches.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing brand design work, including leadership experience in previous roles.
