Apt Resources is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the Construction field to join our prestigious client's team, serving the Royal Family. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately calculating and managing the costs of construction projects conducted for the Royal Family.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee cost estimates, budgets, and plans for construction projects
- Track and monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budget
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the Royal Family
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Provide advice and support on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction field
- Experience In Construction/ Maintenance Filed
- Well experienced in quoting for new projects and maintenance project
- Knowledge of construction processes, costs, and materials
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with high profile clients
