Job description:

• Design and maintain hardware components, particularly custom electrical and mechanical
  
  
  

enclosures.

• Plan and execute the complete design cycle, including requirements analysis, conceptual
  
  
  

design, schematic and layout development, and releasing designs for manufacturing.

• Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of hardware
  
  
  

components.

• Oversee the deployment of new hardware and software, ensuring smooth and efficient system functionality.
• Collaborate with embedded engineers to troubleshoot and test firmware, ensuring seamless
  
  
  

integration with hardware components.

• Evaluate supplier offers by analysing performance and pricing to achieve cost reduction and
  
  
  

improved efficiency.

• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure the timely delivery of systems and devices that meet specifications.
• Provide training to the maintenance team and supervise their work to ensure hardware products are compatible and reliable.
• Maintain accurate records of all devices and product components
  
  
  

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  
  
  

-Proven experience in hardware design and development, including PCB design and electro-

mechanical systems.

• Strong project management skills and experience working with external consultants and
  
  
  

designers.

• Experience developing low-level debug firmware is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and Leadership abilities.
• Ability to be independent.
