SearchPlus HR, a highly regarded human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist/Consultant Urologist to join our team. As a Specialist/Consultant Urologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional urological care to patients.
As a urologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various conditions and diseases related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Additionally, you will perform surgical procedures when necessary and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical histories, symptoms, and perform thorough physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and urodynamic tests
- Diagnose and treat various urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate disorders, and bladder issues
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, which may include medication management, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions
- Perform surgical procedures, such as prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and bladder reconstructions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including oncologists and nephrologists, to coordinate care for patients with complex urological conditions
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of urology through continuous learning and professional development

- Medical degree
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various urological conditions
- Strong knowledge of urology principles, practices, and treatment options
- Expertise in interpreting diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and urodynamic tests
- Experience in performing urological surgeries, including prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and bladder reconstructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex urological issues
- Board certification in Urology
- Experience in conducting and participating in clinical research
- Commitment to patient care, empathy, and compassion
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
