We are looking for an Instagram manager for a business account, that aims to establish the person as a visionary thought leader for multiple projects, while also tying in personal lifestyle elements, with a need to possess a unique blend of skills and strategic thinking.

This individual would be responsible for curating and managing content that not only highlights the professional achievements and innovations across various projects but also weaves in aspects of the person’s personal life to create a cohesive and authentic brand narrative.

The ideal manager would:

1. Content Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that balances professional insights with personal lifestyle elements. This strategy would include a content calendar that schedules posts, stories, and IGTV episodes aligned with ongoing projects, industry trends, and personal milestones.

2. Visual Storytelling: Craft visually compelling posts that highlight the person’s role as a thought leader in their industry. This includes showcasing behind-the-scenes moments, thought-provoking quotes, project updates, and personal achievements that resonate with their audience.

3. Engagement & Community Building: Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and building a community of like-minded individuals. This manager would also collaborate with influencers and industry peers to enhance the person’s visibility and credibility.

4. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with the overall brand image and values, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual aesthetic that reflects the individual’s visionary status.

5. Personal Lifestyle Integration: Seamlessly integrate personal lifestyle content that complements the professional narrative. This could include posts about hobbies, travel, wellness routines, or philanthropic activities that humanize the individual and create a relatable connection with the audience.

6. Analytics & Growth: Monitor the account’s performance through Instagram analytics, identifying trends and insights that can inform future content strategies. The manager would also be responsible for growing the account’s follower base, with a focus on attracting followers who align with the person’s professional and personal brand.

7. Collaboration & Networking: Work closely with other teams or external collaborators to ensure that the Instagram content reflects ongoing projects and partnerships.
