Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Intensive Care Specialist/Consultant Proven experience in managing critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) Expertise in interpreting vital signs, laboratory results, and imaging studies Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in intensive care medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage complex cases Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address emergent situations
