We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Documentation Executive. As a Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing all documentation related to our company operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all company documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Organize and maintain documents in both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Prepare and update documentation templates as required
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all documentation accurately represents processes and guidelines
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on documentation best practices
  • Perform regular audits of documentation to identify any gaps or areas for improvement
  • Assist in researching and implementing new documentation management systems
