Description

We’re looking for motivated Collections Specialists to join our dynamic Collections team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying overdue payments, keeping accurate records and reports on collections activities, and ensuring our customers are guided and supported throughout the process to facilitate timely payments.

You’ll be someone who is passionate about customer service and can navigate the balance between building & maintaining trusted relationships and achieving desired outcomes. You’ll have outstanding communication & negotiation skills and thrive as part of a team who are on a mission to empower and create financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:

  • Leveraging your excellent negotiation and communication skills, to provide assistance to customers to ensure timely payment of dues.
  • You'll have business and individual targets to achieve so should be comfortable with being goal orientated.
  • Prioritisation and multitasking are key aspects of this role, as you will be working with high volumes of customer queries, processing and resolving transactions, refunds and processing reconciliations.
  • Building a trusted relationship with customers, maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating high levels of empathy & understanding to find the most suitable outcomes.
  • Maintain and monitor accounts, and customer profiles and conduct investigations as appropriate to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Making sure all account statuses and records are kept up to date, and providing timely reporting to the wider business.
  • You thrive in working as part of a team, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and be vocal in sharing feedback and making valuable contributions that will enhance and improve the collections operations.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Have a high school diploma or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree would be an added bonus.
