Role Requirements
- Motivate and support front line in accomplishing targets set in terms of online channels adoption and migration of existing customers to online channels.
- Engage with Business Support and IT in developing and delivering product development and enhancement in terms of problem fixes, Central bank mandates, new features etc.
- Identify and resolve any areas of revenue leakage and system development to automate recovery of fees and charges income. Pursue the business development and growth of the customer portfolio as per the strategic directions by top management.
- Identify new customer opportunity. Engage in initial contact, with front line RM, and deliver EI Cash Management propositions; as well as cross sell to other Transactional banking product areas.
