The Job in a Nutshell💡

This role will be responsible for creating copy for HALA’s expense management mobile and web applications to enhance the user experience.

What You Will Do❓

• Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless user experience in HALA’s web and mobile applications.
• Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points, including product names, labels, navigational elements, how-to guides, and marketing pages.
• Proofread and edited copy.
• Research user preferences and market trends.
• Review business requirements to create a copy that addresses the user’s needs.
• Conduct A/B testing on copy.
• Create solutions based on user feedback, usability testing, and metrics.
  
  

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, management or related field.
• 2+ years of professional writing experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Extensive experience writing content for software products, specifically web and mobile applications.
• Familiar with design tools such as Figma.
• Portfolio of writing samples.
• Previous experience in the finance or fintech sector is nice to have.
