Coordinator - Supply Chain

Job Description

Responsible for receiving and expediting all product requests. Responsible for setting par levels of hospital wade supplies and placing orders to maintain the appropriate level of inventory.

Responsibilities

Processing requests and orders stock for hospital wide use.

Maintains Inventory levels at optimum levels.

Coordinating delivery of goods and services.

Monitors Expiry of all items ensuring FIFO ( First In First Out) concept is used.

Maintaining request orders and expediting change orders, cancellations, etc.

Ensuring proper housekeeping of store and incoming parts

Required

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Quality and Safety /Business Administration or any relevant field

Desired

Bachelor's in quality and safety /business administration or any relevant field
