Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Leader located in Cairo, Egypt. The Tour Leader will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, providing excellent customer service, conducting research for tour planning, and training tour operators.

Qualifications

• Guided Tours and Tour Operators skills
• Customer Service and Training skills
• Experience in conducting research for tour planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the tourism industry is beneficial
