Manufacturing Project Manager

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our Signify Gila Lighting Technologies in Egypt.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for assigned NPDL (new product development and launch) / Maintainence project sucessfully launch in Signify Gila factory, in terms of on time release, good qualtiy and cost effective.
• Creates required conditions to win in the marketplace through fast and efficient NPIs (time to market), and highly efficient
• Follow manufacturing standard on process release to ensure production (zero defect, target output). Develops standards supporting production system
• Ensures optimized product designs (DfMA) by representing manufacturing in product development and maintenance project teams : e.g. APC (Architecture & Platform Creation), NPDL (New Product Development & Launch), ETO (Engineering to Order), Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, Procurement, product marketing, etc
• Manage key stakeholders’ expectations
• LCM (Life Cycle Management)
• Acts as project leader for improvement (production, documentation).
• Implementation of new products and processes including product and technology transfers and related technical aspects.
• Takes improvement actions to reach target quality and efficiency applying various tools & methodologies (e.g. LEAN)
• Problem solving & coaching
  
  

What You’ll Need

• BS/MS degree in a relevant discipline
• 6-7 years of relevant working experience
• PMP certificated is preferred
• Communicate in English is a Must
• Driving continuous improvement with cross functional teams
