Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Caliber To join our talented team in Mivida, New Cairo, Egypt.
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain office collaterals and supplies
- Provide administrative support to department heads and executive team
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
*Qualifications:*
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
*Salary Package:* 10,000 - 12,000 EGP net per month, commensurate with experience.
