Job Title: Consumer Health Marketing Manager

Job summary
Take on the role of Consumer Health Marketing Manager at a leading company, where you will be responsible for the development and coordination of the marketing department to maximize the potential of the products branding.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Develop marketing execution plans to drive business growth and meet business targets while ensuring maximum effectiveness of execution.
- Develop and implement advertising, POS, publicity, and consumer promotion plans.
- Supervise brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage the consumer health brand portfolio, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all brand channels.
- Lead brand innovation activities to enhance brand equity and consumer loyalty.
- Identify and quantify opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data, retail Audit, and brand Tracker to agree on future activities and strategies.
- Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including brand build, Sales, Operations, R&D, supply chain teams.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consumer or FMCG marketing.
- FMCG background is a must, pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Experience in E-commerce and digital marketing is a must.
- Experience in working with cross functional teams and managing external distributers.
- Strong market planning and analytical skills.
- Strong budget tracking and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
