Product Manager

Jadeer is hiring for one of Future Group Subsidiaries who is dedicated to pushing the boundaries in software development and digital transformation. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join their expanding team and oversee product development initiatives.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. This pivotal role involves shaping the product vision based on in-depth analysis of customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements. The Product Manager will also ensure that all product development activities align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company goals.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver product enhancements that meet customer expectations.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Define product success metrics and analyse data to drive decisions and strategy adjustments.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements from existing channels and market research.
• Prepare product documentation and presentations to articulate product features and benefits to stakeholders.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing the full product life cycle.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid business acumen, capable of translating market trends and customer feedback into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Previous Experience in Translation and Localization is a plus.
