For our office in Cairo, we are looking for

Junior IT Specialist (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for users .
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot the network and system services (Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
• Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
• Configuring attendance machines and the reporting system service.
• Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals.
• HyperV/VMware Server Virtualization experience.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery planning and implementation skills
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• From 3 -4 years Experience.
