- Restructured the org structure / Grading for increasing productivity and achieving company goals
- Improve overall employee performance with the new system
- Employee Change of Status (Promotions / Role upgrade / Transfers)
Recruitment
- Hiring Manager of Contact for the entire Dubai Operations
- Structured Recruitment Process
- Complying with the Recruitment Process for Each concern

iv. On boarding and Induction
- Coordinate for Pre-joining for new joiners ( Arranging all office amenities)
