Field Sales Representative (Dubai)

This is a remote position.

  • Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.
  • Deliver product samples to clients and provide detailed information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Actively engage with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate product benefits and advantages effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any client concerns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales goals, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the field sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the local market in Dubai and the broader UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
