Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media, including digital, print, and motion graphics.
• Design event brochures, planners, and billboards, ensuring consistent and impactful visual representation of the brand.
• Build visuals to be used on websites and landing pages, enhancing user experience and driving engagement.
• Develop and execute a visual content calendar for social media platforms, creating visually appealing posts that align with marketing strategies.
• Design compelling visuals for email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive action.
• Apply your understanding of UI/UX principles to design user-friendly interfaces and collaborate using Figma to create seamless digital experiences.
• Uphold the brand's standards across all visual elements, ensuring a seamless and professional brand experience.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in graphic design, motion graphics, and related technologies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a substantial portfolio that demonstrates excellence in both static and motion graphics.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma and After Effects.
• A solid understanding of design elements, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong experience in designing for both digital and print mediums.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work within deadline constraints.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience in UX/UI design, with the ability to work in Figma, enhancing user interfaces and improving user experiences.
• Familiarity with video editing software and interactive media.
• Experience in creating branding materials and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
