Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible for performing administrative duties for Senior to Middle Manager to ensure smooth and efficient office coordination. This includes screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining office supplies

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling GM’s office works
  • Prepares Weekly & Monthly business reports
  • Prepares project / assignment based PowerPoint presentations & Excel documents
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars
  • Act as a liaison between executives, management and also with group departments
  • Manage staff requirements in coordination with HR department
  • Receive, direct and convey telephone messages and fax messages
  • Checking company emails & sending inquires to respective person 
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth management of the authorization and flow of official documents.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Provide administration support cover to other members of the team, as required.
  • Keeping record of all international calls
  • Maintain Senior Manager Leave Plan as per GM’s instruction
Job Requirements

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in commerce;

Experience3 – 4 years’ of experience in secretariat/administration;

Knowledge & Skills

  • Computer applications skills;
  • Good English and Communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • High confidentiality;
  • Presentable and pleasant; 
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
