Our client is a leading multinational financial service organization with business in trading brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain technology. They are looking for an experienced Sales and CRM Administrator to join their Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales and CRM administrator, your role involves enhancing the Global Sales team's performance, aiding in new business acquisition, and expanding sales opportunities. You will be tasked with creating, developing, and implementing systems, processes, and tools to boost efficiency and overall productivity for the Global Sales team

  • Plan and create a roadmap for sales improvement product and program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to set project goals, processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Clarify policy implementation for team members.
  • Ensure the Global Sales team has the necessary tools and information to meet customer needs.
  • Reduce the time Sales teams spend on administrative tasks that don't generate revenue.
  • Design, revise, and implement processes, workflows, knowledge, and tools for the Global Sales Team.
  • Establish and maintain standard operational processes, templates, and metrics.
  • Solve project-related issues within your area of expertise.
  • Evaluate company activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Master all the features of Creatio, including both front-end and back-end settings.
  • Create and implement the Sales Academy.
  • Provide documentation and communication on specialized sales and organizational processes.
  • Create materials to reinforce learning and enhance sales skills.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve training efforts.
  • Update and implement changes to the New Hires Onboarding Program.
  • Foster a culture of performance and competition through contests and Sales Incentive Programs.
  • Facilitate coordination between Sales, and other departments.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
  • Strong time-management abilities.
  • Proficient with computers, including data analysis and visualization; essential knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Outlook, and MetaTrader platforms is advantageous.
  • Able to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to network effectively with stakeholders, multitask, and track and report progress.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to multitask.
