Videographer / Photographer

VSERVE REAL ESTATE LLC is currently seeking a talented and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our team. As a Photographer/ Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of properties to showcase their unique features and attract potential buyers.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots of properties.
• Ensure high quality images and videos that highlight the property's best features.
• Edit and retouch photos/videos as needed.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and clients to schedule shoots.
• Stay up-to-date with current photography/ videography technique and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create engaging visuals for property listings.
  
  

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in real estate photography/videography.
• Proficiency in editing software.
• Knowledge in different photography and videography techniques and equipment.
• Attention to details and ability to capture the essence of a property
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexible and ability to travel to different locations.
