We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Medical Tele Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both medical expertise and sales, with the ability to handle a high volume of patient interactions while maintaining professional and sensitive relationships.

You will be working remotely (WFH).

Job Responsibilities

Provide medical consultation and support to patients, addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism.

Utilize strong sales techniques to understand patient concerns, highlight product benefits, handle objections, and close sales.

Build and maintain solid relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring trust and satisfaction.

Maintain a high standard of work quality, demonstrating a genuine willingness to assist patients

Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of relationships built, ensuring long-term patient engagement and loyalty.

Manage the sales cycle through CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups.

Adapt to different patients' needs and situations quickly, demonstrating flexibility in approach.

Report sales data and patient feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Commit to ongoing learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest medical advancements and market trends.

Maintain strong negotiation skills to enhance negotiation positions while keeping customers extremely satisfied.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  • Comes with relevant medical expertise.
  • Proven sales experience with strong listening, objection handling, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build sensitive and trusting relationships.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to highlight and sell..
  • Charming and respectful voice, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively
  • Strong mental resilience to handle the challenges and pressures of the role.
