A passionate UI/UX Designer who thrives in fast-moving environments. Someone who can solve problems creatively and contribute to our evolving design systems.
What You'll Do
- Create and enhance design systems. Ensure every component is consistent and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and senior UI/UX designers. Transform requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
- Attend client meetings. Gather requirements. Understand their needs and translate them into compelling designs.
- Work closely with developers. Understand what’s feasible in design and ensure designs are practical for implementation.
- Manage your own time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Continuously learn and adapt. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Contribute to improving our design processes. Suggest new ideas and better ways of working.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills. You're a fast learner who thrives in challenging environments.
- Experience with design systems. You know how to create and maintain them.
- Ability to manage yourself and your time in a hybrid work setup.
- Excellent communication skills. You can convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Passion for continuous learning. You're always seeking new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work with developers. Understand technical constraints and design accordingly.
