Job Description

  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software
  • Respond to support queries from the help desk ticketing system, phone, and email.
  • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
  • Installing and troubleshooting CCTV.
  • Responsible for PCs, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
  • Managing employees' emails/accounts.
  • Adding and updating the inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
  • Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience working in a help desk environment
  • A+, N+ is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized to handle Help desk tickets effectively
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
