What You’ll Do

We are pleased to announce that Eaton is looking for a Sales Leader for one of the key units of the organization, responsible for sales in Middle-East, location Dubai (UAE). The future incumbent will manage/direct all Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, Sales sales activities in GCC & East Med for the Eaton Electrical sector in the Middle East providing business and operational leadership to the sales team and associated support functions. Act as the senior Eaton sales representative in the area providing inspirational leadership to employees internally and as an ambassador for Eaton externally. As the representative area manager, he/she will be responsible for meeting the goals and objectives for the designated area and working closely with existing channels, developing new channels and helping promote Eaton brand name across different segments.

  • Develop and execute a strategic direction for the relevant products, aligned with the overall business strategic direction and support Eaton`s growth ambition in ME.
  • Establish sales goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and services.
  • Ensure coordination with Business Units (contribute to the specifications of Product adaptations and new products with the Business Units)
  • Develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services
  • Call on Panel Builders, End Users, Consultants, Distributors, Sub-distributors and contractors in order to generate demand, train and offer customer service.
  • Liaise with marketing/ product line to ensure that products are launched and promoted effectively.
  • Analyze and follow the market evolution (customer behaviors, competition, market share, etc)
  • Manage the business on a day to day basis, caring for the countries entities, commercial premises and any other local infrastructure.
  • Accountable for ensuring all corporate programs and initiative are embraced and implemented into the organization to affect change and evolve the business.
  • Provide engaging people leadership through the demonstration of the Eaton Leadership Model, build a market aligned sales structure, drive development and performance management as a cornerstone of his region foundation for growth
  • Build organization culture that embraces the Eaton DNA, navigating local challenges of culture and ensure at all times the standards of the organization are upheld both by you and the people in your organization.
  • Provide high level key account management, maintaining a strategic perspective at all times and ensuring all business decisions are made considering long term profitable growth as the ultimate objective.
  • Take ownership and drive the synergy sales agenda in ME across the entire product portfolio of Eaton, take responsibility for proactively communicating the opportunities across segments and influence internal stakeholders are committing resources and investment in order to pursue these.
  • Be the local voice of Eaton, promoting and building awareness of the organization, its vision and added value to the market. Build extensive communication networks in order to enable effective feedback from the market and ensure valuable data and information is sifted to incorporate back into the organization
  • Responsible to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and geographical order intake to meet organizational strategic objectives in an ethical and compliant manner.


Qualifications

  • 20+ years of Sales experience in the Middle East market in Similar field ,MBA is plus
  • BSc of Engineering ( Electrical/Electronics ,Mechanical , Industrial )
  • Ability to gain cross group support for strategy and processes.
  • Experience in driving change management projects.
  • Communication skills: Advanced communications skills, being able to interact with all levels of the
  • organization as well as cross functional. Advanced presentation and facilitation skills preferred;
  • Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing practices in all areas
  • Market & Customer Knowledge, Value Proposition Design and Sales Strategy & Management;
  • Analytical skills: Good analytical skills, being able to synthesize different data, draw insights and consolidate
  • market data for managerial review;
  • Leadership Skills , Arabic Language is Plus
