About the role:

As a Front-End Lead, you will spearhead the translation of our innovative designs and layouts into high-quality, best-practice JavaScript components. You will play a crucial role in refining client-side architecture, setting and maintaining high coding standards, and leading the implementation of functional, user-friendly web-based solutions from mockups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of independent HTML/CSS into existing code, ensuring fully operational and polished features.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Mentor and guide front-end developers, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging UI/UX technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve operations and activities.
• Work alongside web designers to ensure the visual design intent is accurately reflected in the final product.
• Lead and advocate for test automation efforts to ensure robust and reliable code.
• Design and develop website layouts and user interfaces based on standard HTML/CSS practices from designs and mockups.
