Developing maintenance and operation plans in agreement with the maintenance manager according to the agricultural and harvesting plans agreed upon in the AOP.
Supervising and repairing equipment problems.
Identify spare parts required for daily use or preventive maintenance.
Leading, training and developing technicians and drivers
Manage the equipment rental process with the farm manager, maintenance manager and maintenance supervisor
Distributing work activities for technicians and drivers through shifts and managing work and rest days for technicians
Review work orders with agricultural teams, maintenance teams and tractor drivers on a daily basis and report deviations if there are.
Following up on technicians and tractor drivers on a daily basis and supporting them to facilitate their roles
Inspect the equipment daily before the start of work and record it in the company’s records
Supervise and ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance with technicians and team leader daily
Adhere to occupational safety, health and environmental standards on a daily basis
Follow up on the implementation of preventive maintenance and supervise its implementation daily
Follow up on requests for spare parts from the warehouses and provide them in the warehouse
Technical inspection of spare parts upon receipt in stores
Communicating with equipment agencies to follow up on repairs (tractors & harvesters)
Ensure that tractors and equipment are inspected daily before operating them Qualifications
Higher educational degree.
Experience Maintenance 2 – 3 years in farms or food industries.
Computer skills (Excel, outlook, Internet and PowerPoint).
