KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with Oqood training to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and other parties involved in the sales process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
- Assist in RERA, DLD or Trustee in connection with the real estate projects unit registration/cancellation
- Submit application for Oqood registration DSR
- Coordinate property showings and assist with conducting property tours for prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client information, leads, and sales contracts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the progress of their transactions and address any questions or concerns.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and strategies.
- Assist with organizing sales events and exhibitions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall buying experience for our clients.
