IT Sales Executive

At Purple Rock, we are a leading managed service provider specializing in ICT sales and services, including CCTV, infrastructure management, office setups, and firewall solutions. We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our operations in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Understand client needs and provide innovative IT solutions tailored to their requirements
  • Present and demonstrate IT products and services to clients, showcasing their features and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver effective solutions and address client concerns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations to clients
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to the sales manager
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage leads and followup using CRM systems like Zoho, Halo and other

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the ICT or related industries
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and IT products/services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
