  • Devise and execute impactful strategies for acquiring merchants, driving targeted growth in the Delta region.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with potential merchants, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Deliver captivating sales presentations to merchants, effectively showcasing the exceptional benefits of our cutting-edge fintech products and services.
  • Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions with merchants, ensuring that our collaborations are mutually beneficial.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of boarding merchants, including documentation, compliance checks, and system integration.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing merchant relationships, promptly addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify lucrative business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of enthusiastic merchant acquisition representatives, fostering their growth and optimizing their performance.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to Sharia principles during the merchant acquisition process.
  • Recruit and onboard exceptional new team members.
  • Allocate tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their unique skill sets and experience.
  • Meticulously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing valuable feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Effectively manage and resolve team conflicts to ensure a harmonious working environment.
  • Establish clear and measurable goals for the team, aligning them with the organization's overarching objectives.
  • Track the team's progress towards goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Celebrate team successes and acknowledge outstanding achievements.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture, fostered by open communication and mutual support.
  • Create and implement dynamic training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as a mentor and guide to team members, nurturing their development and encouraging their professional growth.
  • Facilitate teamwork and encourage collaboration among team members, fostering a strong sense of unity and shared purpose.
  • Represent the team in meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our vision and accomplishments.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development within the fintech or payments industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Delta region and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of Sharia principles and their application in the fintech industry.

Additional Requirements

  • Preferable must be based in Tanta or Benha or Mansoura.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the Delta region.
  • A passion for fintech and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
