The Role​

Working with world class global brands and operating within a dynamic team in a fast paced environment, your role will be to support a team in all operational aspects of a premier liquor retail destination in Dubai. Joining our team as a Shift Leader, you will manage and lead a team to deliver world-class store standards and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
• Train and coach team members to upskill them to the required standards.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and manage store inventory and merchandising to meet targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and store management.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• WSET Level 2 qualification in Wine & Spirits.
• Experience working in mall operations.
