Rock Petroleum, a leading accounting firm in the industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our human resources department. You will be responsible for various tasks, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and assisting with HR initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in HR software and systems, and possess a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including conducting orientation programs and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
- Assist in administering employee benefit programs, including enrollment and resolving any issues
- Assist in coordinating performance evaluation processes and implementing employee development initiatives
- Participate in HR projects, such as policy development, employee engagement, and talent management
