Our client, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking a polished and experienced
Client Project Manager to oversee and manage client projects with a strong emphasis on client relationships and satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with significant project management experience, exceptional client interaction skills, and a professional demeanor.
Location: (REMOTE) 9AM - 6PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, and fact-finding sessions to understand and align with client expectations.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Project Management:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of all project components.
- Ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.
Account Management:
- Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure transparency and alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Adaptability:
- Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs and client demands.
- Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Professional Communication:
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to deliver updates, presentations, and reports to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure that all client-facing communication is polished, professional, and aligned with the company’s standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a focus on client-facing roles.
- High level of emotional intelligence, polished communication skills, and experience in managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments, handling multiple projects with ease.
