Responsibilities :

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
Optimize online content for search engines and user experience.
Develop engaging content for marketing materials, blog posts, and social media.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Track and analyze marketing performance using relevant metrics.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote brand visibility.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist.
Proficient in both spoken and written English. Is a must and Germany being a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and the related tools, such as Office Suite and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
