About Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to manage and address customer interactions through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chats. You will be tasked with providing detailed information about products and services, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude is crucial in this role, as is the ability to process orders and requests accurately and promptly. Your role also involves documenting customer interactions in the CRM system and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Professionally and efficiently manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  2. Provide comprehensive information about products and services, address issues, and assist customers with their questions.
  3. Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers.
  4. Accurately and promptly process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  5. Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  6. Document the customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  7. Follow up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes and policies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Capability and Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using the CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service is beneficial.
