About Role:

As an Administrative Assistant in a school setting, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the school. Your primary responsibilities include offering administrative assistance to school personnel, which encompasses scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events. You will also support student enrollment and registration processes and ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential records.

  4. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of school databases and records by keeping them up-to-date.
  5. Prepare and process various school reports, forms, and documents.
  6. Help coordinate and manage school events, meetings, and activities.
  7. Oversee the inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
  8. Assist teachers and administrators with a range of tasks and projects.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative assistant role or a similar position.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in office administration or educational management is beneficial.
