We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, coaching teams on Agile methodologies, and ensuring that our development teams adhere to the Scrum framework. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to focus on delivering value.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members in understanding and implementing Agile principles and practices, helping them to self-organize and improve their processes.
- Ensure Transparency: Maintain visibility of the team's progress through effective use of Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog and burndown charts, ensuring stakeholders are informed.
- Collaborate with Product Owners: Work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and clarify requirements.
- Monitor Team Performance: Track project progress and performance metrics, helping teams to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Promote Agile Culture: Advocate for Agile values and principles within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and drive team discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with software development processes and practices.
- Knowledge of other Agile methodologies (e.g., Lean, XP) is a plus.
