We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals to support our company's growth and innovation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Your ability to identify and engage with passive candidates, as well as foster relationships with potential hires, will be crucial to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and job fairs to build the company's brand and attract top IT talent
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in IT hiring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or IT recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills required for various technical roles

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR)
  • Experience working in the IT industry or with IT professionals
  • Knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies used in the IT field
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes
