Company Overview: Mainless llc is growing garment manufacturer specializing in high-quality apparel production. We are seeking a skilled Factory Line Setup Expert to join our team on a short-term contract to optimize our production lines and enhance efficiency.

Job Summary: The Factory Line Setup Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production lines in our garment factory. This role requires a deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes, machinery, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up efficient production lines and improving overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement efficient production lines for various garment styles, ensuring optimal workflow and minimal downtime.

• Select appropriate machinery and equipment for each production line and arrange them to maximize efficiency.

* Analyse current production processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

* Train line supervisors and operators on new setups and processes. Provide ongoing support and supervision to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure that all production lines meet quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.

* Maintain detailed records of line setups, changes, and improvements. Provide regular reports on production efficiency and progress.
