Reports to: Head of Programs
Summary: The admin assistant & Report Writer plays a vital role in supporting the efficient implementation of programs and ensuring timely and high-quality reporting. This position will work closely with the Head of Programs to provide administrative and logistical support, assist in project coordination, and prepare clear and concise reports for various stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Support: •
Assist the Head of Programs in planning, organizing, and executing program activities. •
Prepare and maintain program files, documents, and records. •
Track program progress and milestones, and provide regular updates to the Head of Programs. •
Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and trainings. •
Communicate with program partners and stakeholders. • Assist in data collection and analysis for program monitoring and evaluation.
Report Writing: •
Gather and organize information from various sources for report preparation. •
Draft and edit reports in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to donor requirements. •
Prepare presentations and other communication materials related to programs. •
Ensure timely submission of reports to relevant parties. • Maintain a database of program reports and other documentation.
Additional Responsibilities: • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Programs. •
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program discussions. •
Stay informed about current developments in the NGO's field of work.
