Promoting compliance and awareness
- تطوير وإدارة تطبيق خطط الالتزام.
- Developing and managing the implementation of the compliance plans
- صياغة السياسات والبروتوكولات والإجراءات الخاصة بمسائل دورة الإيرادات.
- Drafting policies, protocols and procedures for revenue cycle issues
- مراجعة سياسات وإجراءات دورة الإيرادات من حيث مطابقتها للممارسات والمراسلات
- Reviewing revenue cycle policies and procedures for consistency with practices and communications
- تثقيف الموظفين الاستباقي فيما يتعلق بكافة قواعد الالتزام الخاصة بإدارة الإيرادات
- Proactively educating employees regarding all revenue management compliance regulations
- ضمان الالتزام بالقواعد والقوانين والمراجعات الجديدة وفق ما هو منصوص عليه من قبل المنشأة/ صحة فضلا ًعن غيرها من الهيئات التنظيمية التي تحكم المسائل المتعلقة بدورة الإيرادات
- Ensuring compliance with new rules, regulations, and revisions, as set forth by the facility/SEHA as well as other regulatory bodies that govern matters related to revenue cycle
- المساهمة في خطة تدقيق الالتزام السنوية والإشراف على المكونات المتعلقة بدورة إيرادات المنشأة
- Contributing to the annual compliance audit plan and overseeing the components related to the facility revenue cycle
- توثيق عمليات التدقيق والتحقيق التنظيمية الخارجية المتعلقة بالالتزام بدورة الإيرادات
- Documenting external regulatory investigations and audits related to revenue cycle compliance
Project Management
- Project Leadership and Management:
- Lead and oversee RCM projects from initiation through implementation and evaluation.
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance and streamline processes.
- Analyse current RCM processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize revenue and reduce cycle time.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, health information management, or any relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience.
Specialist Certifications: PMP/Project Management certification
