Position Overview:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and managing a team of warehouse staff. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Manage and oversee a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
• Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks and ensure proper handling and storage of goods
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders
• Analyze data and provide reports on warehouse productivity, inventory levels, and other key metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies
• Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
