Job Description

 Organize & coordinate appointments, meetings & events

 Prepare schedules for meetings & ensure attendance of required participants

 Ensure all relevant documentation for meetings & appointments is prepared in advance

 Transcribe drafts & revise correspondence, agendas, memos, minutes & policies

 Assist in the completion of various forms, notices, press releases & any other communications

 Assist with budget planning & cost management

 Attend to phone calls, enquiries & client requests

 Manage incoming emails, fax & posts for the Director General

 Provide inputs for the establishment, revision & maintenance of foundation procedures & policies

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, languages, international relations.

Minimum two years’ experience as an executive secretary to a high level
