Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline and optimize logistics processes.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and track logistics activities and customer interactions.
• Analyze data using data analysis tools to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics providers and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on logistics activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff and team members in logistics operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and lead generation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
• Experience with email marketing tools and Salesforce is a plus.
