Profil du candidat
- Perfectly (Arabic and English) Bachelor of law + 5 years’ experience in Corporate Law or equivalent.
- Perfect knowledge of the local laws
- Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)

Activités
Litigation & Arbitration:
- Handle the pre-litigation and provide the most effective assistance in order to resolve possible disputes amicably;
- Represent the Companies knowledgably and securely in all legal matters,
- Handle all litigation matters and execute proper follow up with the external legal counsel,
- Ensure the resolution of disputes with proper and effective legal consultancy,
- Provide the most effective balance between outside legal counsel and in-house legal service provision.
- Keep the litigation files of the ongoing cases updated,
- Update the litigation and arbitration reports.
Contracts:
- Draft, review and handle the contracts of the Affected Departments,
- Provide legal consultancy to the Affected Departments,
- Render full legal consultancy to all internal and external stakeholders for the Affected Departments,
- Provide legal advice on transactions including appropriate risk allocations,
- Archive the contracts related to the Affected Directions after its signature on a day to day basis.
Training
- Provide legal training to the business unit in terms of the possible legal risks.
Legal watch
- Generally, ensure a satisfactory level of information against the development of legislation in force, monitoring and evaluating changes in Egyptian law that may affect the Companies’ business. Miscellaneous
- Handle and reflect all litigation provisions in the financial books,
- Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program,
- Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities
