CFO / Finance Director - Start-up

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.


• Oversee and manage a portfolio of subsidiaries, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.


• Apply in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, as well as relevant laws and industry best practices.


• Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.


• Utilize strong analytical skills to develop and execute strategic financial plans.


• Provide exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a finance team.


• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications:

• CPA or other relevant certification is advantageous.


• Previous experience in a tech startup environment is essential.


• Strong ability to navigate and adapt to fast-paced and evolving business landscapes.
